1.Maintain accuracy in the Inventory books and physical stock of Warehouse & Stores
2.Conduct and coordinate periodical Inventory Check in the Warehouse and Shops and do surprise checks
3.Track, Report and Eliminate –ve stocks in the Stock Book
4.Preparation of Discrepancy Report against the GRN
5.Cross check Incoming and outgoing documents to eliminate the mistakes
6.Weekly basis check the Warehouse and Shop stock level against the brands and provide necessary recommendation to the retail and logistics departments for additional stock allocations and consolidations. Maintain stock level in shops to support business
7.Generate and submit all the reports pertain to stock & inventory, weekly, monthly & yearly as requested by the relevant department.
8.Monitor stock ageing report regularly and coordinate with the purchasers / shop managers to clear the same
